  • PAYMENT

    • Package rate does not include airline tickets, ziaraat, meals, affidavits charges, NOC (where applicable) and/or medical certificate charges etc.
    • Child of more than 12 years of age or a child requiring separate bed will be charged at full adult rates.
    • One child can be accommodated in parent’s room. However, his/her ticket, visa & transport will be charged.
    • Full package payment along with original passport(s) or passport copies is required to initiate visa approval & hotel booking process.
    • A cancellation charges of SR 500 per passenger is applicable for all Ministry of Hajj (MOH), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia approved cases including those rejections by the Saudi Consulate for stamping.
    • As per the policy, visa processing fee will be charged even if the visa is rejected and/or cancelled.
    • The package payment is non-refundable in any case what so ever.
    • In case of any delay/change in booked travel dates, hotel cancellation charges will be applicable.
    • If a pilgrim stays longer than its approved package duration for any reason, a penalty on account of ‘Tasneef’ will be charged at the rate of SAR 50 per night per person up to 14 nights and SAR 100 per night per person up to 20 nights. The penalty will be increased after 20 additional nights.
    • The payment made against the private scheduled transport will not be refunded if the person is not using it due to any reason. For arranging new transport on some other schedule, extra payment will be applicable as per current rate.
    • The amount of package can be changed without prior notice subject to change in visa processing fee, air fare, air routing, hoteling.
    • Payment should be made 50% in advance and 50% at the time of delivery of the passport(s).
    • Refund of Umrah tickets issued for obtaining visa is subject to Airline approval & charges, if applied by concerned Airline.

  • TIMINGS

    • We strongly recommend allowing 15 to 21 days advance notice in normal periods & 30 to 45 days advance notice during Ramadan (& key dates) to synchronize confirmed airline booking & hotel reservation dates, as per your choice.
    • Passenger must return on dates specified in package voucher. Any extension in stay should be pre-arranged through our handling agent in KSA.
    • Meezan Travel &Tours, will not be responsible for rejection or delay of Umrah visa.
    • The hotel will be booked as per normal check-in/check-out timing in KSA & any special request in this regards or room view must be specified at the time of package request.
    • In any circumstances, the pilgrim will not be allowed to stay in KSA on his/her own management.
    • Any changes in airline tickets routing or flight dates will be subject to changes by the concerned airline.

  • Medical Conditions

    • Offering Hajj and Umrah are physically very demanding. Meezan Travel & Tours is not able to take any responsibility for any pilgrim who needs any special arrangements, unless we are advised at the time of booking.
    • In order to complete the rites of Hajj and Umrah, all the pilgrims should be physically fit and able enough to walk. In case any pilgrim is not able to do so, he/she should take a wheelchair with him/her as well as a person who will look after him/her.
    • We strongly advise that pilgrims (particularly the elderly) seek medical advice and clearance from their doctor or medical consultant before booking.
    • You must ensure that you have fully complied with any pilgrimage health requirements, such as vaccination.
    • The pilgrims are requested to get the medical prescription (for their medicines) stamped from their doctor and get their medicines sealed in an envelope from Haji Camp or from any authorized center. Unsealed medicines or medicines without prescription are prohibited.

  • Miscellaneous

    • Room/hotel availability is subject to confirmation. In case of non availability, equivalent alternative accommodation will be given. Any rate difference will be settled accordingly.
    • We will not be responsible for any mishandling incident or charges in case the passenger travels without our information or in case of any violation of local laws during stay in KSA.
    • Any un-used portion of package service will not be refundable.
    • The journey of Hajj and Umrah cannot be equated to holiday travel. During this journey the unexpected is often the norm. Despite our careful planning and organization the Hajj and Umrah journey can never be taken for granted like a normal holiday or vacation.
    • Due to major traffic congestion or any other reason, expect very long delays while moving from one location to another.
    • If pilgrims travel to any place (except the allowed places) without informing us, we will not be responsible for any incident or detention by Saudi Authorities.
    • Some hotels provide their shuttle service to and from Haram for their pilgrims. You are advised to come on time to avail this facility. However, at any time due to any reason; the hotel managent may cease this facility. Meezan Travel & Tours is not responsible for this termination.
    • In any circumstances, we are not responsible for the loss of travel documents, visa etc. during natural disaster, theft, riot strike, civil commotion or terrorism.
    • You must ensure that you are fully aware of the rituals of Hajj and Umrah. Meezan Travel & Tours also arranges free training seminars for all of its valuable customers.
    • You must not behave in a way which causes distress, injury or annoyance to others or create the risk of danger or damage to property. If you do so, you may be evicted from your hotel or apartment and therefore we have no liability to you.
